I gave the florists full creative freedom with only a color in mind, and they did a wonderful job creating a gorgeous bouquet for us! I love how they incorporated so many different flower types! Ariel was very kind and asked questions to best understand the size I was looking for with my given budget. Couldn’t be happier!

I stopped in for a bouquet for my granddaughter’s recital and I left with so much more! Maribel created a floral bouquet that was just beautiful at the price point that I requested. I must say that the quality and cost was far beyond anything I have found elsewhere. But going inside was the real treat! Such a calm, peaceful and beautiful interior with welcoming smiles. Gorgeous houseplants, exquisitely packaged treats like cookies, potato chip clusters and unique cards- special touches for gifting. This is a must see gem!!

Amazing space and a good diversity of orchids in the back greenhouse. David showed us some of the more unusual species including a giant stanhopea specimen plant. Most orchids one sees today are phalaenopsis, and they have a lot of those too. But there are tens of thousands of orchid species—I’m glad that at least a few people are still growing other kinds!

Update (08/2026) Still Amazing! Marz was given a budget and free reign over my terrarium redesign. The end result is wonderful, she incorporated accessories from the previous design and came in 25% below budget! Sage, the shops resident mouser, negotiated a new nap spot from me (more a feline takeover of my tote!) and I have a lovely new terrarium! Thank you Marz 🥰 Previous (07/2025) Absolutely amazing, friendly and honest! The team here has been helping me care for my orchids for over 3 years. Yesterday evening, our rescue cat miscalculated and landed on a succulent, went sliding through the plants on the window sill, and toppled several more as he raced from the scene of the crime! Arael and Mars spent 2 hours assessing damage, calculating potential healing/propogation of broken limbs, and repotting. One cacti, 5 orchids, 8 succulents, and 3 miscellaneous plants later, I have a new window set up for my apartment! Many of the succulents lost leaves or limbs, but Mars expertly displayed the healthy ones in the pots and a terrarium. She even created a beautiful artistic display with deadwood and pebbles! Maddison at the call center was incredibly helpful and attentive to my product request for marigolds to be picked up at the Orchid House. 💐 It was such an important order as they are the traditional flowers for an ofrenda during Dia De Los Muertos since my grandmother passed a few months ago. I really appreciate her taking the time to make the special request happen and for checking on it for me continuously until I came for pick up before Halloween. The Orchid House was so welcoming and beautifully displayed like always when I came in for my pick up, too. Thank you all! ✨🧡
